Winthrop Prince is a syndicated cartoonist from Berkeley CA that did cartoons in the 1980’s.  This original pen and ink drawing on Card was likely prepared for newsprint.  It measures 7 x 8.5 inches overall with a 5 x 7 image measurements.  Please see pictures for details.
