RARE Artisan Miniature Dollhouse Porcelain Micro Scarlett O'Hara Doll HELEN WHITMAN
A fascinatingly small and detailed micro sculpted porcelain doll. She has a beautiful hand painted face that will make you wonder how on earth such tiny painting was done! She is dressed like Scarlett O'Hara in gone With The Wind but in a China Head doll rendition. She is perfectly scaled to be the beloved plaything of a lucky dollhouse doll little girl! This heirloom piece is vintage and a one-of-a-kind creation by the talented micro miniature doll artist, Helen Whitman in 1990. I am still just shaking my head at the size of Helen's dolls, truly, they are little pieces of art. We only have a couple of Helen's dolls left, they are so rare to find. This one has jointed legs...you will be amazed at the tiny details on this doll.

This miniature came from a wonderful lifetime, BEAUTIFUL miniature collection, all collected by one incredible woman, Grace. She was passionate about artisan made miniatures. Her collection consists of thousands of the most incredible pieces, there are notes and receipts with most every miniature as well as correspondence letters from artists. It is an honor to bring her collection to miniature dollhouse collectors. As with all artisan pieces, there was only ONE made, so if you are interested, there won't be a second chance to acquire some of the most special and amazing dollhouse treasures I personally have seen. Every single piece in this collection is PERFECT, all has been stored and untouched for at least 20 years. Enjoy!
