Bidding & Payment:
As a seller, I make every effort to offer a fair, competitive price for each of my listings. After placing a bid and winning one of my listings, please note that I allow up to 3 business days to complete payment. If not paid by the end of the 3rd business day (11:59pm EST), I reserve the right to cancel your item. If additional time beyond 3 business days is needed, as a buyer, you must reach out to me requesting an extension within 24 hours of winning the item. I will do my best to accommodate the request if it is within reason. Please bid responsibly.
Shipping, Tracking & Handling:
I take great care in shipping my listings. I ship all items using USPS First Class shipping. If fragile, your item will be well-packaged within a box. Items that aren't fragile will usually come in a padded envelope unless the size requires me to upgrade the item to a box.
If you require special a special shipping method or wish to purchase package insurance (in the case your item is lost) to ensure your item arrives safely, please message me prior to paying for your item. I do not cover upgraded shipping options, so the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. After I drop an item off at USPS, I have no control over delivery time, how the package is handled by the post office, or if the item is lost.
If the item's listing price is at or above $100, the item's insurance is automatically incorporated into the shipping cost for both my protection as a seller and the buyer's so rest assured.
All listings come with a tracking number so you can follow your item's progress through the network. The tracking information is immediately available after status updates to "shipped".
Returns:
I do not offer returns. It is the buyer's responsibility to read all listing information and inquire for any missing details they deem to be important prior to bidding or purchasing one of my items. If you feel an item was not represented accurately in the listing pictures/description upon receiving your item and you had reached out to me prior to bidding or purchasing the item, please contact me and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
