Only tried this for a week before I realised it wasn't for me. It totally blocks out the light, is super comfy, sounds great and is easy to adjust... It's just no good if you sleep on your stomach or smoosh your face into your pillow (as I do). Side sleeping is fine because the eye cups taper off to the side.

I researched for a while before I bought this and it was the most recommended, highest rated headphone for sleeping, it just didn't work with how I sleep.

I threw it in the washing machine after I took the photos so it'll be good to go.
