This listing is for 1946 'Jet Propulsion' reference text prepared by the staffs of the Guggenheim Aeronautical laboratory and Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Galcit. CALTECH California Institute of Technology Air Technical Service Command. The editor and one of the professors for this text is Hsue-shen Tsien, aerodynamicist, cyberneticist, and Father of the Chinese Missile Program.  This copy belonged to Rocket Engineer Ed Monteath, who helped build the rockets for Mercury-Atlas 6, the first crewed American orbital spaceflight, which took place on February 20, 1962.
