We found this guy at an Estate Sale in Missoula, Montana and we cannot quite figure out who he is or who made him or why there is a cork glued in the bottom. He is quite a distinguished and detailed looking man and colorful.
The figure is 8" from the table to the brim of his hat when measuring him on the front side. The bottom measures about 4 x 3" depending on where you measure. We are not sure if he cost $.88 when new or why it is marked 88 on the bottom.
