This is a collector set break of rare Hockey magazines in great condition and quality for their age, large collection well-cared for and stored for 30-40 years.  Bid with confidence.

For sale is an authentic Pro Football 1960 Annual magazine. Magazine is in good condition. Magazine is - complete, intact, no label attached, cover shows vibrant colour, inside pages are crisp with sharp corners. There are a few flaws as spine has wear at top (1 inch) and bottom (2 inches) and some tearing on the side of cover and into first few pages (see pic). Also, a red stamp on top of front cover from mailing address as well as another red stamp on last page). But these issues are minor and magazine content and condition inside make up for these few flaws, overall good condition. See scans for condition in order to judge for yourself.

This is a historic football issue loaded with stars and analysis from the era from both the National Football League (NFL) and now the Canadian Football League (CFL) as they indicate the Canadian league has now established itself. Great intro into the differences in the NFL such as number of downs, number of players on the field, fair catch rule, larger playing field etc. Also discusses advantages of playing in the CFL vs NFL - as in CFL ordinary players get higher pay, training camps are shorter. Good background on the league from a US perspective. Plus CFL previews and stars such as Russ Jackson, Joe Kapp, Cookie Gilchrist, Babe Parilli, Jackie Parker, Dick Shatto and many more.

Ofcourse there are still all the previews, stats etc of all the NFL teams with stars such as Jim Brown, Frank Gifford, Bobby Layne, Sam Huff, Johnny Unitas and many more.  Very nice historic piece of football memorabilia.
