Back in 2000, Subway partnered with Nickelodeon to promote their TV show "Little Bill's Adventure with Captain Brainstorm"  & to sell toys in Subway Kid's Meals. Up for sale today is the original card that the toys attached to, for display purposes in the Subway restaurant, along with the four toys (loose without packaging)

Display card is made of heavy plastic and measures  16" x 14" -   Little Bill's head is missing on the one toy.  Please see pics.
