Elation SIXPAR 200IP LED Indoor / Outdoor Light Stage Lighting - Says LOCKED

Plugged into power only, it displayed LOCKED but did unlock itself and turn the lights on then went backed into locked. 

Was not tested with a DMX controller. 

2 of the bulbs are out.
