Set x2 hats - both vintage.

The black and white one still has a tag attached, it looks like the brand may be Hove?

The cream one doesn't have anything attached brand wise, just says union made.

Don't know much specifically about these hats, 

just they are vintage or vintage styled (they do feel old though, so likely are true vintage)
