This is a brand new / never used collectible tin from the Roger Waters Concert " This Is Not A Drill :. It has 2 clips on the side to keep the cover secure. Also on the top it has the Waters logo and reads " This Is Not A Drill "  Very nice tin.  I have one for my self, I love it.
