This is a great new action figure, made as part of a new run for The Vintage Collection of Star Wars figures. This series features new toy figures released in packaging based on the classic Kenner designs. 

This particular figure is of Chopper from the Rebels and Ahsoka TV series. It's roughly 2 inches tall to keep it in scale with the 3.75-inch figures.

The packaging is still sealed and in good condition overall. There's slight creasing by the hook and the top is a little curled (pictures #3, #4 and #5). There are a few small scuffs and machine marks on the card (pictures #6 and #7). There's slight edge wear (pictures #9, #10 and #11).
