Madame Alexander International Doll 

Dutch is an 8" doll from the Friends From Foreign Lands Series.

 She has a small red mark on the lace of her hat, see pictures.  This is color transfer from the ribbons in her hair while it was being stored. No hang tag or stand included. No box.  Doll book used in photos is for reference only and not included.  She is a straight leg doll dating back to the 1970's.
