Rare 1934 Antique Miniature Lead Pig, Britain's Cadbury Cococub Mrs. Pie Porker

A gorgeous and characterful Mrs Pie Porker the Pig, one of the series of
Cococubs, tiny lead animal figures, made by Britain's Ltd for Cadbury as
part of one of the most successful promotional campaigns before WW2 and
given away with tins of cocoa, now highly collectable.
This little pig was first made in 1934 and continued until circa 1939.
These
had a common flaw. Being made out of lead it was designed top-heavy and
often would break off its base at the feet. This did happen to this
one, but has been carefully super glued back and sits fine. See pictures

Mrs
Porker measures approximately 5.8 cm, 2 1/4 inches tall. This little pig is gorgeous with its original paint
and has lots of character, interesting for collectors, charming as a detail
