2000 Capri Cool Barbie #49117 wears blue capris with a striped shirt, matching hat, and green shoes. She carries a green heart-shape purse and comes with green sunglasses and a hand mirror. She uses the SuperStar Barbie head mold with unusual yellow/blue eyes.

I've managed to find one photo of her on Pinterest in the same colour version as mine with red eating but nothing else about her. VERY RARE HARD TO FIND DOLL made in INDIA
