Size 3” x 1.25” x 3.25” Has an engraving which says 1976 Champion Performance Award E.L.A.S.(Engaged Liberal Arts and Sciences) Robert T. Kist

Not certain of battery but I tried an AA battery and put pressure on it and it did tick but stopped when pressure was stopped, so it may need servicing or correct battery.
