Up for sale is this Fine & Showy 19th Century Stanley No. 12 Veneer Scraper Woodworking Plane Inv#BA08
This is a early Stanley No 12 Veneer Scraper that has an unmarked 2-7/8" x 4-1/2" cutter. The japanning wear is minimal. The sole & cheeks have some rust & pitting but would clean up with some TLC. Still a nice finish on ROSEWOOD handles, they just have some typical nicks and scars from use and age.
