All put together with black leather and cotton straps.

The choker design itself measures 11-1/2 inches long x 1 inch wide.

Each tie straps is 4-1/2 inches long and total measurement 21 inches.

So this should fit a size 13 to 16 inch neck with tie back.

No designer hallmarks.
