Antique lot of four pair of 19th century eyeglasses, one with its case. Possibly Civil War era. All the lens are completely flat. Steel frames and glass lens. The larger pair of sunglasses appear to have blued frames. No makers marks I can find. Three have dark lenses including one pair with totally opaque lens. The forth pair has its snap hinged case and has clear glass with a mild prescription. All in good shape. Some oxidation to the steel frames. The silver framed opaque lens ones have no oxidation. Not too many scratches on the lens with the clear ones having the most. A nice early group of very early eyeglasses. Shipped promptly. Questions welcome.
