New without tags- this jacket is in excellent condition. The hood has never been removed from the collar. There is a blue ballpoint pen mark on one of the sleeves- see photo. I did wipe this with rubbing alcohol which did remove most of the ink. I think most of it will come out with some oxy in the wash.
