A number have the sleeves however there is also some with unmarked covers and some with no covers.

Firstly, the outer sleeves generally come in reasonable condition.

Some have some edge wear and crease lines.

Some have some writing on them.

The vinyls generally come in reasonable condition, some have some small surface scratches and marks, I have tested 5 and they worked fine so good chance they may all work.
