Collared, with string ties at the neck and a frilly piece (I don't know what it might be called) on both sides, from the neck down past the first button. Full button front with buttons at the sleeve ends, a spare button provided, no pockets, and very lightweight. The silk is not a simple flat material, but ribbed. The MSRP on this was $164, which I think was a bit much but at this reduced price it's quite a deal.

Measurements, laid flat and not stretched (measuring this was no simple task, and you might measure it slightly different):
