Liza Quote with Marilyn Monroe Face 11" x 14" Original Artwork

Awhile ago I came across an old interview of Liza's in which she uttered the line: "I don't have to...be a slut to be interesting." I thought it was such a cool sentiment and needed to be shared. I decided to mix it up with Marilyn's face to acknowledge how she used to play with her public persona a bit, indulge in different characteristics based on how she wanted, or felt she should, behave.

I sprayed the quote first and then coated it in acrylic washes of grey and cream. I then sprayed Marilyn's face in gold, red, and black. 11" x 14" with the hardware attached, ready to hang!
