This is a really neat action figure, made by Hasbro (in partnership with Takara Tomy) for the now long-running Studio Series line. This is a figure of Megatron, the Gamer Edition, from the War for Cybertron series. It's a Voyager Class figure and should be about 7 inches tall. It can transform in 22 steps.
This one is sealed and ready to ship. There's a little edge wear and scuffing on the box along with a few small machine marks. The top left corner is bent out slightly with a ridge visible. The pictures should give you a good idea of the condition.
The Transformer itself appears to be in good shape with no damage.
