The fabric is a lightweight non-stretch polyester.

There are quite a few tiny holes. They look like burn holes from embers so I imagine the previous owner may have stood a little too close to the firepit. The original ties have been cut off the front of the neckline. This dress is sold AS IS with the flaws.
