Original 1st UK pressing of the classic 1975 “Wish You Were Here” by Pink Floyd.

A1/B3 matrix endings, pinched spine on sleeve, die cut inner and postcard. "Waters-Gilmour-Wright" credit on track 5 side 1 label (later copies have “Waters” only).

Matrix numbers:

Side 1: SHVL 814 A-1 GGM 2

Side 2: SHVL 814 B-3 LA 1

Vinyl visually grades around VG+ with some light hairlines and paper scuffs visible in strong light. The record is fully play tested and plays closer to EX. There is a soft repetitive click on the opening 10 seconds of side 1. Two or three crackles at the start of wish you were here. Some very light background crackles in a few quiet sections/spaces between tracks but this is genuinely minimal and unobtrusive/very quiet. In my opinion a superb sounding copy. Overall grade EX-

The sleeve EX+ and in great condition. Pinched spine at top and bottom. Comes with original black shrink and sticker. The shrink is still attached (just).

Postcard is EX+

Inner is VG+ to EX with very light ring wear showing and small 2cm split on one edge.

Overall a very presentable 1st press and an enjoyable listen.
