This is a nice antique Reginald Jones UK artist signed watercolor landscape painting with trees & a body of water. In pretty nice shape as the pics show with some minor wear / imperfection to the paper in the upper left corner as well as some a piece of the paper backing having fallen inside the frame which can be seen in pic 10 as well as some imperfections to the frame and it comes exactly as shown. The frame measures 15 3/4" x 21 3/4" and the sight is 13 3/4" x 18 3/4"
