This is a dressy "Party" skirt by Talbots. It's a size 12.
The skirt is a pretty soft black and cinnamon floral pattern. It has wide panels, so the skirt is "flouncy." There is a back zipper closure.
It is pleated and has a shiny black lining. Both the skirt and the lining are 100% polyester, so this garment is machine washable.
This skirt has been freshly laundered right before I listed it. It is clean and ready to wear.

The waist from seam to seam across the front is 19 inches (unstretched.)
The skirt is 27 inches long from waistband to hemline. It falls below the knees.
