Please note, this vacuum is made for low pile carpet. Returns will NOT be accepted for not knowing your own carpet pile, and blaming a vacuum that was never made to clean high pile carpet. I find it ridiculous to have to remind buyers to know what kind of carpet they have but had to refund a "Karen" for this type of incompetence.
