* Patterns covers/envelopes may have markings, stains, flaps missing, small rips etc. However the pattern listing may still be marked "New" if the pattern is uncut and factory folded. 

*Unless otherwise stated all patterns indicated with a 'new' condition are UNCUT.

Many of my Patterns are vintage documents - there may be some minor wear and tear in the form of creasing, pen / pencil marks or minor tears - none of which affect your ability to follow the instructions.
