Lady’s woman’s women’s ladies ring

Beautiful vintage lady’s women’s 14K yellow gold engagement ring wedding band enhancer set. The two rings are soldered together. Both stamped 14K. One is stamped CCC for the maker’s mark. I can’t make out the other stamp.

I tested gold and diamonds and all are natural earth mined diamond. The enhancer ring has baguette and round diamonds. The marquise solitaire is approximately 1/3 ctw. About 7mm x a little over 3mm.

Size is approximately 6.5

I do not have the specs on the diamonds.
