This is a used Sena SMH 10 with two helmet fixing plates.  I had a full face and an open face helmet so had one fitted to each and just swapped the unit over.

This is believed to be an early SMH 10 model.

I can not find the usb charging lead but these are available here on eBay for just 2 or 3 pounds.
