For sale : a set of four antique porcelain pot de creme serving containers with lids made by George Rouard, Paris in the early 1900's. They are decorated with a floral pattern and stripes on a white background. The height is 3 inches, and they hold 1/2 cup. 

In 1909 Rouard bought the shop for luxury goods A la Paix in the Rue de L'Opera in Paris, together with its workshop where he manufactured his own line of decorative glass and porcelain sold under the Rouard name. Marcel Goupy was Rouard's chief designer and the work of other well known artist-craftsmen was shown at the Gallerie Georges Rouard.

The bottom of each cup is clearly marked, "Geo. Rouard Ave. de l'Opera Paris" and "Limoges France." 

All pieces are in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or crazing.
