ARTEC Vintage HUMBUCKER PICKUPS CHROME Alnico V Magnets LPA210 (Neck LPA201-N or Bridge LPA210-B)
A really authentic, vintage Les Paul sound courtesy of the Alnico V magnets. Great for overdrive, hard rock or clean classic blues tones. Each pickup is wound for specific position, Neck output a bluesy 8.4k and the Bridge a ripping 16.4k!
These pickups come complete with pickup ring for installation on most Gibsons, Epiphone & GRETSCH models.
To avoid inner metal case feedback, the pickups are vacuum wax potted individually. Then the whole thing is wax potted again after the metal case is added.
A fantastic pickup for anyone looking for affordable upgrade for tone.
Do not confuse these with the cheaper Ceramic Magnet type, the are Alnico V magnets for better tonal range with Steel Bar pole pieces
5 wire connections; for flexibility of Coil Tapping if desired.
Guide out-puts:
Neck Out-put 8.4k resistance approx. (in Humbucker mode).
Bridge Out-put 16.4k resistance approx. (in Humbucker mode)
As with ALL pickups out-put puts vary.
