You will receive the item that is pictured. The picture(s) are a part of the item’s description. Should you have any questions or concerns please message me before purchasing the item.

Combined Shipping:

I combine shipping costs for customers who win two or more items.

To receive combined shipping, you MUST 

(1)  Pay for all items won with one payment. (Items that are paid for separately WILL NOT qualify for combined shipping) AND

(2)  Request Combine Shipping”. (This link is located in the upper right corner of your cart.)

I will then send you a revised invoice reflecting the combined shipping costs.

Failure to do either of the above requirements will result in no combined shipping being applied.

Refund Policy:

Lost Mail

Upon request from the buyer, I will issue a refund for an item purchased that appears lost (through tracking) and has not been delivered by TWO weeks after the anticipated delivery date. Refunds will be the total of the item cost plus shipping cost.  The refund will not include any taxes that you may have been required to pay at the time of purchase.     

Return Policy:

Damaged Item or wrong item received

Upon request from the buyer, I will issue a refund for an item that arrives damaged or is a different item than what was pictured in the listing. The refund will be initiated ONLY after I receive the item back from the buyer (return shipping is at the cost of the buyer). If you do not agree with the return shipping cost is at the cost of the buyer, please do not purchase the item or complain about it after the fact.

DELIVERED but item was not received Policy:

Tracking states “DELIVERED” but item was never received

If your tracking information shows that the item was DELIVERED but it was not received, NO REFUND will be made. Should this occur your best recourse is to contact your local post office to investigate the issue.
