Australia 1937-49 Definitive Series, 3d blue, Die II (P13.5 x 14) MNG (high cv) - SG 168c 

I am far from sure that this stamp doesn't actually have any gum but, I am sufficiently uncertain that I deem it safer to err of the side of caution. Whilst the stamp is in generally decent condition, it does have discolouration around its perfs. Please see front and back scans provided, the first two of which are high definition (DPI) but a standard resolution image is added to give a better impression of the colour, which appears darker to the naked eye.
