NWOT Liz Claiborne Red Snap On Faux Fur Hooded Puffer Vest Size M With Zipper Flaw As Is

Condition; New without tags with a flaw. When this was made in the factory they caught a piece of the material along the back side of the zipper (see pictures) into the stitching and it stops the zipper from going up more then 1/2 way.  This can be easily fixed if you have a sewing machine and sewing knowledge.
