This is a very old W.M. Welch Company school supply catalog. It looks to be from 1909 from some of the items in the catalog. The cover is in fair condition but the pages are in very good condition with no tears or missing pages. I don't know how rare this one is but I couldn't find another one on the ol' interweb!
