Virgin Coconut Oil means that the oil extracted from the coconut fruit is mature enough through a special process without damaging the original structure or the natural properties of the coconut oil found in the coconut fruit.

Processed naturally without heat and other chemicals. There are at least 9 types of fatty acids (Medium Chain Fatty Acids) namely caproic, caprylic, capric, lauric, myristic, stearic, oleic and linoleic acid. TIPS FOR TAKING VIRGIN COCONUT OIL

HOW TO TAKE VIRGIN COCONUT OIL ACCORDING TO AGE

Children 5 months - 1 year: Drop a little in formula milk / powdered milk / baby's mouth

Children 2 to 6 years old : Use as much as 2 teaspoons every morning and night.

Children 7 to 12 years old : Use as much as 4 teaspoons every morning and night.

For Adults: Take 1 @ 2 tablespoons every morning and night.

Take after meals. It is best to leave about 1/2 hour away from food intake.

For those who are taking Virgin Coconut Oil for the first time, start with 1 teaspoon with each meal. Some people will experience smooth bowel movements for a few days.
 
For those who have a sensitive taste or stomach, it can be mixed with fruit juice, yogurt or added to other food dishes such as cooked oats. And for babies or children who cannot drink virgin coconut oil, it can be mixed in baby food such as in formula milk / powdered milk.
