This vintage premiere issue of Joe Weider's Men's Fitness magazine was owned by my uncle.  It was purchased in 1987 and stored inside a box in a smoke-free, pet-free, and temperature-controlled home.  The binding is tight and the pages are clean, with slight yellowing around the edges from age.  There are no rips, tears, or missing pages.  Other than slight wear to the front and back cover, and an indentation from a paper clip (see pics), this magazine is in great collectible condition.
