As the pictures show this listing is for a 1990 silver 5-ounce, 5 crown coin from the Isle of Man commemorating the 150th Anniversary of the Penny Black stamp.  The coin is graded "Gem Proof" by NGC and comes in its original mint box with COA. Please judge the general condition of the coin by the pictures.
