In my opinion this vacuum is clean , and working.   I have made some repairs to the reusable bag , they do make liners if I find some they will be included.   Has good cord but a little stiff and twisted in areas. All latches and on off button work.  Good casters hard rubber,  less scratching. 

Body does have some scratches and chips of paint off. 

Only three attachments.   Small brush, edger, and small flared upholstery or step tool. 

Hose is good does have stains on one end and what looks like a burn mark , threads are frayed no hole though in hose.   Inside metal tube I see rust .  Has good suction.  Can attach hose to other end to use as a blower.  Vacuum is heavy but has wheels
