In great working condition. Everything still functions. View is mostly clear, binoculars are very much usable. 

There is damage: 

1. Right eye piece has been glued back together, still screws on and off nicely
2. Textured coating is dried out and is cracking/breaking away
3. Chips to the paint
4. Left view field looks to have some dirt particles inside

Shipping: Most of my packages are sent out the next day Mon-Fri, NO shipping on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. I primarily use either Ground Advantage or Priority Mail through USPS.
