This is a great new action figure, made as part of a new run for The Vintage Collection of Star Wars figures. This series features new toy figures released in packaging based on the classic Kenner designs. 

This particular figure is of General Hera Syndulla based on her appearance in the Ahsoka TV series. It's roughly 3.75 inches tall. 

The packaging is still sealed and in good condition overall. The card is slightly curled (picture #4) and there's a little creasing by the hook (pictures #5 and #6). There's slight edge wear along with a few small machine marks (pictures #7, #9, #10 and #11).
