Frame stored its entire life.

There is some wavy/glossy stuff on it. This was a known issues that many people at the show pointed out. It’s not visible in the frame and only when you look closely at it. I tried to get a pic of it- see pics

Mailed in a tube and wrapped correctly with kraft paper.
