• DLC codes ARE NOT included. If they come in your item, feel free to check them out, but their redemption/functionality is not guaranteed. 

• Case included may be original or a third party replacement. We replace badly damaged cases where and when we can, and for that reason some cases may have minor damage still.
  

• You get what is pictured only, if it is not pictured, it is not included. That means case/disc/cover art/manual or any inserts.
  

• Games are cleaned up as best as we can, but some sticker residue, scratches, scuffs, etc. may still be present. We do have a disc cleaning machine that we run games through as needed.
