Great Vintage OOAK watercolor on paper of a Young Fisherman standing in his boat fishing.  Calm waters and cloudy & stormy looking sky reveal a sail boat siloutte in the back ground.  Nice scene in very nice shape set under glass and in a nice wooden frame with minor scratch here or there.  It is unsigned.  Good luck
