Adorable vintage dog creamer. Made in Germany. Stands a little over 2 inches tall. It has some areas of wear, such as on the base, as well as some paint loss on the gold of the handle. I also noticed one spot that appears to be missing glaze (I do not think it is a chip). Overall, this piece is in good condition! Please see photos to view it more closely.
