A beautifully playing vintage wood Selmer Series 9 Bb clarinet from 1961.

This instrument was overhauled less than two years ago and kept in great regulation. Seals well, no cracks.

It has been played all over New York City (Jazz clubs, concert halls, Broadway pits).

It has mostly white leather pads with nicely beveled cork pads in the important places. Keys are tight and fairly quiet.

This is a great instrument for a jazz clarinetist looking for a nice projecting but sweet sounding clarinet. Also great for saxophones looking to double on clarinet.

Honestly, I like this horn a lot and would love to keep it, but NYC is getting expensive these days. Would love to see this instrument go to a good home.
