This Flower arranging Ikebana basket has a copper looking liner to hold water.  The basket is 14 inches by 10.5 inches and 6 inches tall at the highest point.  The liner is slightly under 2 inches deep, and is shaped to roughly contour to the basket curves. Most of the basket is bamboo which is woven around a root rim.  All you need is to add a flower frog and flowers.

The inside surface appears to be copper, but from the bottom the metal looks like a galvanized tin tub. So I'm going to say it's a mixed metal.  It does hold water, but it is shallow. Don't expect to move it around much. It's larger than what you normally see listed.  Email if you have questions.

Twenty years ago or so, a store called Stone Lantern in Highlands North Carolina invited a Ikebana Master to teach there every summer.  My gift to myself when I retired was to take her classes.  She had many students in the area, so I wasn't surprised when I saw this basket in a local auction.

THE SMALL PRINT... The buyer pays shipping.  I ship quickly, because I appreciate being paid quickly.  I usually mail items the day after payment comes through.
